Sauce for Swordfish

This is a great sauce for grilled swordfish or halibut.

1 clove garlic
juice of 2 small lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon capers
dash salt

Puree all the ingredients in your mini-blender (you need one of these if you don't have one). Serve in a cute litte pitcher.
